Our turnaround times
DTF transfers ship the same or next business day. Cut-off time is 5:00 AM.
- Orders placed before 5 AM ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after cut-off ship the next business day.
- Larger custom orders, embroidery, and print-shop jobs may require additional production time — your order page will show the latest estimate.
Shipping locations
InkGeeks ships across the United States.
- All orders ship from our US production facility.
- International orders outside the US are not currently supported — contact us if you have a special request.
Shipping options
Pick the speed that works for your deadline. Live rates are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping — 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping — 2-3 business days
- Free Shipping — 5-8 business days on orders above $50
Delays & exceptions
We do everything we can to get your package out on time, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery or recover lost packages once they are with the carrier. Common causes of delay:
- Shipping carrier issues or service disruptions
- Delivery destination or remote address
- Severe weather events
- Holiday volume
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses
If anything looks off, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Tracking numbers
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier to activate and update your tracking.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, contact support with your name, email, and order number.
- Always double-check your shipping address before checkout — corrections after dispatch may not be possible.
Local pick-up
Local customers can skip shipping entirely and grab orders directly from our shop.
- Select Local Pick-up at checkout — no shipping fees apply.
- You will receive a Ready for Pick-up email once your order has been produced.
- Bring your order number and a photo ID when you come to collect.
- Pick-up is available during posted business hours, Monday-Friday.
