Return & Refund Policy

At Ink Geeks, we stand behind the quality of our DTF transfers and gang sheets. This policy explains how we handle returns, reprints, and refunds.

1. Returns & Reprints

You have 45 days from the delivery date to request a return or reprint.

a) Custom Products (DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, Custom Apparel)
Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns for refund due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color selection, or design preferences.

However, we will provide a free reprint for any issues caused by our production, including:

• Manufacturing defects (printing errors, material issues)
• Significant print quality problems (wrong colors, blurriness, poor adhesion when instructions are followed)
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect or missing items

For reprints, you do not need to return the defective item. Simply send clear photos of the issue, and we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for quality testing (we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

b) Blank Apparel & Non-Custom Items
Blank apparel and supplies can be returned for a refund if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Start a Return or Reprint

1. Contact Us – Email support@inkgeeks.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Get Approval – We typically respond within 24 hours. Do not ship anything back without approval.
3. Resolution – Once approved, we will process your reprint within 24 hours or your refund within 7 business days.

3. Refunds & Shipping Costs

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs for defects or mistakes on our part.
• Customer-Initiated Returns (blank apparel): You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

Due to our fast 24-hour production turnaround, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes before production begins.
