Art Upload Recommendations:

• All file types are accepted. Vector files are recommended for the best results, and raster artwork should be at least 300 DPI. For optimal color accuracy and vibrancy, we recommend designing in the Adobe RGB (1998) color profile.
• Minimum Size:While DTF handles fine details well, elements smaller than 0.02 inches (0.5mm) may not transfer properly.
• Tip:If you're using Canva or Procreate, exporting your document as a PDF is recommended.

We print and ship within 24 hours of order submission (same-day printing for most orders placed before 10am).

• Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental USA (3-7 business days depending on location).
  Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping.

Pickup & International Shipping

Can I pick up my order from your location?
Yes! Local customers can choose same-day pickup at our Richardson, TX location. Orders must be placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be ready for pick up the next day. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

At Ink Geeks, we stand behind the quality of our DTF transfers and gang sheets. This policy explains how we handle returns, reprints, and refunds.

1. Returns & Reprints

You have 45 days from the delivery date to request a return or reprint.

a) Custom Products (DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, Custom Apparel)
Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns for refund due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color selection, or design preferences.

However, we will provide a free reprint for any issues caused by our production, including:

• Manufacturing defects (printing errors, material issues)
• Significant print quality problems (wrong colors, blurriness, poor adhesion when instructions are followed)
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect or missing items

For reprints, you do not need to return the defective item. Simply send clear photos of the issue, and we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for quality testing (we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

b) Blank Apparel & Non-Custom Items
Blank apparel and supplies can be returned for a refund if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Start a Return or Reprint

1. Contact Us – Email support@inkgeeks.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Get Approval – We typically respond within 24 hours. Do not ship anything back without approval.
3. Resolution – Once approved, we will process your reprint within 24 hours or your refund within 7 business days.

3. Refunds & Shipping Costs

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs for defects or mistakes on our part.
• Customer-Initiated Returns (blank apparel): You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

Due to our fast 24-hour production turnaround, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes before production begins.

• All claims must be accompanied by clear photo evidence.
• For best results, please follow our design requirements and application instructions.

DTF (Direct to Film) is a premium printing method that produces vibrant, durable, and highly detailed transfers.

Unlike traditional methods, DTF transfers can be applied to virtually any fabric, material, or color — including cotton, polyester, blends, hoodies, hats, bags, and more — using just a heat press, Cricut, or even a household iron.

WHAT IS A GANG SHEET?

A Gang Sheet (also called a DTF Gang Sheet) is a large single sheet containing multiple designs printed together on one DTF (Direct to Film) transfer.

Instead of printing each design separately, you can arrange many different images, logos, or text on one big sheet. This makes production much more efficient and cost-effective.

Why Use a Gang Sheet?

• Save Money — Pay for one sheet instead of many individual prints
• Faster Production — We print and ship your entire order quicker
• Perfect For — Multiple designs for the same apparel, bulk orders, different sizes, or testing several ideas at once
• Maximum Efficiency — Our gang sheets go up to 22 inches wide and 240 inches long (20 feet)

Think of it like printing multiple photos on one large poster instead of printing each photo individually.

Example: You could put 20–30 different t-shirt designs, names, or logos on one 22x60" gang sheet and then cut them out after pressing.
