How InkGeeks handles custom-order refunds, reprints, credits, damaged shipments, application issues, and support requests.

Custom order policy

Most InkGeeks products are custom-made for your artwork, size, quantity, and print method, so completed custom orders are not generally refundable.

  • Please review artwork, spelling, sizing, color mode, garment details, and quantities before checkout.
  • Once production starts, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

When we replace or credit

If we make a production error, we will work quickly to make it right.

  • Eligible issues may include wrong item, wrong quantity, major print defect, or damage caused before shipment.
  • We may offer a reprint, store credit, partial credit, or refund depending on the issue.
  • Clear photos and order details are required for review.

Report window

Quality issues must be reported promptly so the team can verify and solve them.

  • Report production or damage issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep packaging, labels, damaged items, and unused transfers until the review is complete.

Not eligible

Some situations are outside the refund policy.

  • Low-resolution artwork, misspellings, wrong colors supplied in the file, or customer-approved proof errors.
  • Improper heat press settings, washing, curing, storage, application, or handling after delivery.
  • Carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or failed delivery attempts.

DTF transfer application

Transfers must be applied using the recommended pressure, temperature, time, peel, and fabric settings.

  • Test press before running a full batch.
  • InkGeeks is not responsible for application issues caused by equipment, technique, fabric incompatibility, or incorrect settings.

Returns

Because custom goods are made to order, returns require prior approval from InkGeeks support.

  • Do not send items back without authorization.
  • Approved returns must include the order number and support reference.
  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by InkGeeks.
